Purchasing conditions
An order submission offers to buy the selected goods. Acceptance remains subject to stock, correct customer details, authorized payment, security checks, applicable prices and taxes, and delivery availability. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days after authorization and estimated transit takes 4–6 business days after dispatch; see the Shipping Policy.
Customer remedies
Requests within 30 days after delivery may cover defective goods, qualifying non-defective new goods and exchanges. A product without a defect must remain new, unused and in original condition. Secure approval before mailing it with the free prepaid label supplied in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original method within 10 days; later posting is controlled by the provider. Consult the Refund Policy for the procedure.
