This store considers requests involving eligible new products with or without a defect and accepts exchange requests.
Timing and eligibility
Make the request within 30 days after the order arrives. A non-defective item can qualify after a preference change or selection error if it is new, unused and in original condition. Damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing pieces or a significant description difference can be reported even when the problem affects the item's appearance. Statutory rights are not removed.
Contact before return
Write to seuburaquin@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and explanation. For a problem item, attach photos or video where possible and preserve the packaging and included parts. Wait for approval and the precise return location and instructions before mailing; a General mailing address need not be the returns facility.
Return label and resolution
The parcel contains a free prepaid return label. After approval, follow the instructions to mail the eligible item; ask for help if the label was not included or has been lost. No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges are subject to review and inventory. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original method within 10 days, with financial posting potentially taking longer.
